How to measure your ring size at home in 2 minutes
4 min read ยท True Vow Rings

You do not need a jeweler to find your ring size. A strip of paper, a pen and a ruler with millimetres are enough.
Method 1: paper strip
1. Cut a strip of paper about 1 cm wide and 10 cm long.
2. Wrap it around the base of your finger, snug but not tight.
3. Mark where the paper overlaps.
4. Lay it flat and measure from the end to the mark in millimetres. That is your finger's circumference.
5. Find the closest number in the circumference column of our ring size guide.
Method 2: a ring you own
Measure straight across the inside of a ring that fits you well, in millimetres. Match it to the inside diameter column in the size chart.
Tips for an accurate size
Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are a little larger. Avoid measuring when cold, as fingers shrink. Make sure the ring will pass over your knuckle. Measure two or three times and use the average.
Wide band or slim band?
Wide bands such as an 8 mm tungsten band feel tighter, so consider half a size up. Slim bands like the 3 mm Stacking Band fit true to size.
